BUSI 380 - Operations Management

Credit Hours: 3

This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the role of operations in both goods-producing and service-providing organizations. Topics will provide an overview of operations management and strategy, performance measurement, design of operations and supply chain, process improvement, facility design, resource management and continuous quality improvement. 

Prerequisite: BUSI 221 , ECON 215 , and ACCT 201  
Prerequisite or Corequisite: BUSI 325
