Deadline for full term courses (April 13th 2026 5PM): Full Term Course Withdrawal Form

Deadline for 8 week session 1 course (February 20 2026 at midnight): First 8 Week Withdrawal Form

Deadline for 5 week session 1 course (January 28th 2026 at midnight): First 5 Week Withdrawal Form

Understanding Academic Terms

Muskingum offers courses in multiple term lengths within each semester. Knowing the difference is important when planning your schedule:

• Full Semester Courses
  These run the entire 16-week semester 

• 8-Week Sessions (notated by E1 or E2 in the section of the course)

• 5-Week Sessions (notated by F1, F2, or F3 in the section of the course)

Important: Add/drop and withdrawal deadlines are tied to the start date of the course, not the overall semester. Be sure to check your session-specific dates.
