CRMJ 332 - Interviews, Interrogations and Report Writing


Credit Hours: 3

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of report writing in the criminal justice field. Through practical exercises, students learn how to document incidents and prepare investigative reports with an emphasis on accurate documentation of interviews and interrogations, use of professional language, and adherence to legal and procedural standards. The course also addresses the role of written reports in investigations and legal proceedings.
