ART 161 - Introduction to Digital Arts

Credit Hours: 3

This course examines digital media as a legitimate form of art and a mainstay in our current lives. Students explore the origins of the digital arts from a historical perspective and consider the continuing impact of such technology on the art world. Using online learning modules, students leverage Adobe Creative Cloud software applications to complete creative projects, preparing them for further study in graphic design or visual communication.
