Understanding that agility - the ability to effectively respond and adapt in a dynamic environment - is key to success in the 21st century, you will learn and gain a deeper understanding of the agile principles used by organizations to improve processes. A retrospective look at principles first created in the software development industry are explored and you will be challenged to apply these principles, in your own context, to improve performance.
