ENGL 124 - World Literature

Credit Hours: 3

This course explores works of literary fiction from around the world. The readings cover a range of storytelling techniques, narrative voices, and worldviews, and the course gives students the opportunity to learn about global cultures through the perspective of literature. If a text is not originally written in English, students read a translation of the book.

English majors and minors can only apply either ENGL 123 or ENGL 124 toward their degree, not both.
